With decades of hands-on industry experience, Todd has extensive expertise in the design and construction of water, stormwater management, sewer, and site improvement projects. His deep understanding of coastal construction, permitting, and structural requirements has made him a trusted resource for both residential and commercial marine projects throughout the region.

Widely known as Sarasota’s “seawall guru,” Todd’s knowledge of seawall systems, shoreline protection, and waterfront construction is second to none. His practical experience, attention to detail, and commitment to quality have helped countless property owners protect and enhance their waterfront properties.

Josh Hackney

Josh Hackney holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Miami. With a strong technical background and a practical, hands-on approach, Josh brings valuable expertise to the management and execution of both residential and commercial construction projects.

Throughout his career, he has developed extensive experience overseeing construction operations, coordinating complex projects, and ensuring that work is completed efficiently and to the highest standards. His engineering knowledge allows him to approach challenges with a problem-solving mindset, making him a key asset in both project planning and field operations.

Known as the company’s service and repair specialist, Josh has an exceptional understanding of boat lift systems and marine equipment. His deep knowledge of installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting makes him the go-to expert for keeping boat lifts operating safely and reliably.

Mirza Velic studied Business Management at the State College of Florida and has built a career centered on operations management, leadership, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. With a strong background in leading high-performing teams and optimizing operations, Mirza brings a results-driven approach to every organization he serves.

Mirza spent nearly a decade with the Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, where he held several leadership and management roles. During his tenure, he helped uphold the brand’s world-renowned standards of service and operational excellence. Under his leadership, The Ritz-Carlton Sarasota was recognized with the #1 Club Lounge in the world, far exceeding global customer engagement and satisfaction metrics.

Following his time in luxury hospitality, Mirza transitioned into the automotive industry with Sarasota Ford. Mirza helped guide the dealership to extraordinary success, earning many of Ford Motor Company’s most prestigious honors. Under his leadership, Sarasota Ford was awarded the highly coveted Ford President’s Award for eight consecutive years, a distinction reserved for dealerships that demonstrate exceptional performance in both customer satisfaction and operational excellence. During this time, Mirza also played a key role in supporting the launch of an exclusive 5-Star restaurant located within the dealership, further elevating the customer experience.
